This year’s Palmyra Halloween parade will begin at 3:30pm, starting location at the Palmyra Police / Fire Department (126 N. First Street). Trick or Treat to follow until 6 pm within the Village. The HCN will be distributing  healthy Halloween treats and look forward to seeing all the great costumes.
