As part of our mission, we strive to gather the most up-to-date resources available for the Palmyra community. Please check back often for new additional resources and education opportunities that may lend you, or someone you know, a helping hand.

Food

Palmyra Area Food Pantry – The food pantry is housed at St. Matthew Lutheran Church located at 313 W. Main St.  in Palmyra WI.

Food is distributed at the following times: 

2nd Thursday: 10-12 noon and 3rd Thursday: 6-8 pm 

Summer Meals – Nutritious free meals are available for children and teens 18 and younger at many locations throughout the nation throughout the summer while school is out of session.

Healthy Community Network – Offers FREE food, clothing and infant / toddler supplies during business hours.  2nd Wednesday of each month 10am – 12pm and the 4th Wednesday of each month 5pm – 7pm.  

Education

Located in downtown Palmyra, Powers Memorial Library offers carious classes and resources for all ages.

UWW offers on-line courses to fit into anyone’s busy lifestyle.

The offered income levels are used to determine enrollment in Wisconsin’s health care plans. Find out if you qualify.

Safe Babies Healthy Families, a voluntary EasterSeals Southeast Wisconsin program, supports families through prenatal services, childbirth education, parenting programs, and play groups. We offer individualized case management.
