Waiver: In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Run/Walk, I hereby waive all rights I may have to bring any claim (whether based on injury or otherwise) against any sponsor, any volunteer, or any participant and I fully release them of any and all liability. If my son/daughter or ward is participating, I sign this waiver and release on his or her behalf. I also grant the Healthy Community Network full permission to use any photograph that may contain my image and/or any comment for public interest purposes, including, but not limited to, news releases, brochures, and other marketing materials.
